Jake Plummer jersey swatch card, Arizona Cardinals QB: a 2000 Donruss Plummer card mounted in a jumbo 4 x 6 inch display holder with a red jersey swatch window. The back states the jersey piece was cut from an authentic jersey of the pictured player obtained from The Upper Deck Company, assembled and distributed by Vintage Card Co. (Conroe, Texas), with a fold-out easel stand. This is an aftermarket relic piece, not a Donruss-issued insert. Condition is used: light edge wear and a small mark near the swatch window.
